Home & Family Topic WebsiteThe Seniors' Health Insurance Information Program (SHIIP) partners with NC Cooperative Extension to provide free, unbiased Medicare counseling, aiding family and consumer science programs in promoting financial stability and health literacy for older adults. SHIIP volunteers conduct, one-on-one sessions, community outreach, and workshops on Medicare Prescription Drug Plans, Medigap Plans and Medicare Advantage Plans.
