Registration for the youth market turkey show opens on Tuesday, March 5th. The registration will involve 2 steps this year. The first step is registering and paying through Eventbrite. Once you have done this you will need to register through Showorks with the NC State Fair. Since everyone has to register and fill out a W-9 we will no longer be able to register you for the show. We will however be glad to pick your turkey up from Raleigh if you call and request that we do so. You will need to call our office no later than Monday, March 11th. Again, we will not know to pick them up if you do not call and request.

  1.  Eventbrite – register, agree to the code of conduct, waiver, & photo release, and pay entry fee of $30 per participant. This will include the cost of a T-shirt.
  2. Showorks – Before Mar. 5th, complete 2024 NC Substitute W-9
    The following participant info will be needed to complete NC Substitute W-9: Participant’s full legal name (as it appears on Social Security Card) Participant’s legal address. Participant’s Social Security Number. Use template guide to assist in filling out NC Sub W-9 form. Download NC Sub W-9 Form onto desktop to access fillable version. (DO NOT open in browser). The fillable form is acceptable with a digital signature.Save PDF of completed W-9 named like this example:  Last Name_First_.pdf  Scan and/or Upload completed W-9’s – Please no photosHold onto completed W-9 to upload into Showorks on Mar 5th.
